The different types of NDIS Management

Plan Management is support made available as part of your NDIS Plan. Plan Management comes under the ‘Improved Life Choices’ category and is designed to help take the stress out of managing your NDIS funding. There are three different ways your funds can be managed:

  1. NDIA Managed means the NDIS will handle your funding and limits you to use service providers that are registered with the NDIS.

  2. Self- Managed means you are completely responsible for handling your own funds.

  3. Plan Management means that a team of Plan Management experts will handle your funding and organise payments, invoices and make claims on your behalf.

Your funding may be entirely managed through one of these options or a combination. This will be determined during your plan meeting and reflected in the breakdown of your NDIS plan.

How to get started

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Find out if your NDIS Plan has Plan Management included and get in touch with us via email or phone

  2. We will send through a Service agreement for you to fill out and return with your latest NDIS Plan.

  3. Contact your current service providers and let them know that we will be taking over your payments.
